Should your receive not be able to receive a weather provider signal Weatherain will refund your provider fee and activation fee. The serial number assigned to your account will then be disabled. Contact your contractor or Rain Bird for information on a refund for your ET Manager.

Weatherain accesses weather data from local weather stations and contracts with a paging service company. Weathrain operates independently of the Installer, Distributor, paging company, and Rain Bird. Neither the Installer, neither the paging company, neither Distributor nor Rain Bird are responsible for the weather data transmitted by AquaSave. Weather conditions can vary; Weatherain does not represent the weather signal data to precisely represent actual site conditions. The Owner will need to monitor site conditions and adjust the sprinkler system to meet the water requirements of the landscape. Weatherain will not, under any circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages, no matter how they occur.

By Submitting this transaction, the owner agrees to hold all the above parties harmless in the event any condition arising from use of the ET Manager causes any damage.
