Should your receiver not be able to receive a weather provider signal, Weatherain will refund your provider fee and activation fee. The serial number assigned to your account will then be disabled. Contact the institution from which you purchased the ET Manager for refund information.

Weatherain operates independently of the Installer(unless installed by Weatherain), Distributor, paging company, and Rain Bird. Neither the Installer(unless installed by Weatherain), neither the paging company, neither Distributor nor Rain Bird are responsible for the weather data transmitted by Weatherain. Weather conditions can vary; Weatherain does not represent the weather signal data to precisely represent actual site conditions. The Owner will need to monitor site conditions and adjust the sprinkler system to meet the water requirements of the landscape. Weatherain, LLC will not, under any circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages, no matter how they occur.

By Submitting this transaction, the owner agrees to hold all the above parties harmless in the event any condition arising from use of the ET Manager causes any damage.
